  • Most private home insurance policies cover hail damage.

Not insured:

  • Damage due to poor maintenance.

Car

Insured, provided that there is a hull or all-risk insurance:

  • Damage to the car.
  • No influence on bonus/malus scheme.

Businesslike

Buildings and inventory

Insurable:

  • Damage due to hail impact to the roof or to the rest of the property.
  • Damage to stocks and inventory.
  • Business interruption.

Not insured:

  • Damage to property on the property (there are other insurances for that).
  • Damage to crops and the like (there are other insurances for that).
  • Damage due to poor maintenance.

Company car

Insured, provided that there is a hull or all-risk insurance:

  • Damage to vehicles.
  • No influence on bonus/malus scheme.
