Many employees of insurance companies participate in one of the Association's structural or temporary committees, platforms, working groups and boards. Together with Association employees, they consider a variety of current, complex issues. Issues that often have a major impact on insurers, society or consumers. After all, the Association is of, for and by members.

As a member of, for example, a committee or working group, you participate in discussions about themes that are relevant to you and you influence the position within the association. Moreover, you increase your own involvement, knowledge and network.

Overview of vacancies at committees

Thinking along and helping to determine the themes that a committee deals with is cool, fascinating and... responsible work.  It is important that during the committee work you start from the interests of the sector as a whole and not so much of your own company.  Participation in committees and working groups is personal, you cannot just be replaced. Vacancies in the office

You can not only use your qualities for committees: the office of the Dutch Association of Insurers also regularly has vacancies available. About 110 employees work here, from young talents to experienced employees. Half of them are advisers in the field of policy, communication or data analytics or work at the Insurance Academy.
