We want to guarantee the safety and health of visitors to our building in The Hague as much as possible. We therefore use the applicable guidelines from the government as a basis for our physical meetings. That means:

General

• We urge everyone's common sense not to endanger the safety and health of other visitors and the employees of the Association.
• Visitors with flu, cold or other health complaints with a risk of infection are requested not to participate in a physical meeting. Not even if they are in possession of a valid Corona admission ticket.

Access

• Meetings: For access to meetings, we advise you to be in possession of a valid Corona admission ticket (QR code) or a negative self-test (not older than 24 hours) in order to be able to guarantee safety together.
• Meetings: We scan the Corona admission ticket (QR code) upon arrival at participants of meetings.

Inside

• A seat is available for all participants in a meeting.
• On urgent advice from the government, we use a distance of 1.5 meters in the building. There is a maximum number of participants per meeting, so that participants can maintain sufficient distance.
• Where our visitors are not yet seated (upon entering, grabbing coffee, etc.), we ask the visitor to be attentive to observing the correct precautions and to respect the wishes of other attendees.
• Of course we provide a hygienic environment.
